Orders within Mumbai are usually delivered faster, typically within 5–7 business days. -
MaKaBo (Malad–Kandivali–Borivali) Area:
We offer same-day delivery within 3 hours, subject to order confirmation and availability.
Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics delays, or high order volumes.

Exchange Conditions

Exchange requests must be raised within a reasonable time after delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

To initiate an exchange, the customer must personally deliver the product to our store.

Shipping or delivery for exchanges is not provided by us.
Once the product is inspected and approved, an exchange for another item of equal value will be processed (subject to availability).
